The bundle I ordered initially included the Penetrate Mask instead of the Glow Wash. They sincerely apologized for the confusion and offered to make it right. I will update my review once my order has been corrected and used.

The product did take a while to arrive but I was updated with email often as to what the hold up was. When it did arrive 1 of the 2 products was missing but customer service responded quickly and had a solution for the issue.

As I read previous reviews, apparently there’s a marketing flaw & disconnect in the ordering process as to HOW the customer should select the products when ordering the “buy one get one free” option b/c I too, selected 1 and only got 1 item thinking that’s how it should be done because there are 2 items in the photo when you select 1, leading you to believe it’s what you will receive. Perhaps the photo used needs to be updated to 1 bottle so the customer can then select 2 for the discount to be applied, during the purchasing process. Customer service responded the following Monday and resolved the issue.

I too, like so many of the most recent reviews stated this BOGO offer is not clearly indicated on the order sheet. The picture shows 2 bottles of face wash so you think for the price of course you’re getting 2 bottles! But alas I only received 1. It was also very difficult to get someone at Sugarbaby to reach back to me.. but finally I heard from Annie!!! And I believe she will assist me in getting my additional product. I would suggest that the company really needs to double check their purchase order to make it clear you must “check” the item for the BOGO purchase or you will Only receive a single item! If they do it would make it easier on the customer which IS important. I love the face wash and this will be my 2nd purchase. My skin has a nice radiance to it and it even up my complexion which sometimes looked as though I had one color on my face and another color on my neck and chest but it definitely looks better now.

Absolutely great product, after only receiving 1 bottle of facial cleanser. I spoke to customer service and was able to have the missing bottle mailed out.

I have only been using this cleanser for a week, but I can already feel a difference in my skin. My skin is softer, not dry. I love the bristles on the brush, it helps with the cleansing process. I would recommend it!

Have only used the facial wash for a few days and it seems to be making my skin look brighter. Haven't used the pads yet, love the smell and how it make my skin feel. I will post a new review in a month with an update.

Customer service was very helpful in assisting me with my order when I called them.
