Fraudulent practices Require a photo 7 days within receiving with no indication of what they would do with the photo. Nor do they say anywhere besides one page that they require a photo for their guarantee. Not even when they ship the product. Product does not work, I emailed them where they stated their return policy. I told them i am not comfortable with sending my photo. Gave me no solutions or alternatives whatsoever. Complained to FTC board. Now will complain to BBB as well and dispute with my bank. Update; Company reached out and gave me a refund after posting this review. Keep an eye on return policy if you purchase this product.

Updating my review. Even though the product ( Glow Deo) wasn’t what I expected, the gritty and dry texture, the company refunded me very quickly after my review. Hopefully they will improve the formula because the idea of that product is good.

UPDATE (10/01/24): The product itself is okay, I haven't noticed a different with my dark spots and I will say their pads are better than their bottles because the pumps are always faulty. Their customer service is great! I commented on their page and someone reached out to me and was able to send me an replacement order due to my pumps not working on my bottle. I appreciate someone reaching out to me to fix my issue, especially since I'm a paying customer! I feel as they value me as a customer and that goes a long way in a company.

The product did take 3 weeks to ship. It smells so good so far i have used it twice and no breakouts i will keep yall updated. I am a bit skeptical but i used my SPF and moisturizer like the instructions say. Still to early to see results.

They’re a legit company. From my understanding the sudden popularity may have been overwhelming for them which is why it’s taking awhile for orders to be shipped. I ordered Jan. 27th and it was shipped Feb 29th and didn’t arrive at my doorstep until March 13th (mostly post office's fault).

Just got my order two days ago after ordering in December. Customer support was the absolute worst! Can't comment on the products yet but I'll update in a couple of weeks. I may not be returning but they definitely need to do better by communicating and updating their clients on the progress of their delivery. If there's to be a delay because a reel went viral you MUST notify potential clients so they know to wait.

This isn’t a fraud company the products do in fact come JUST 2 months later . So be aware , even if you pay to rush there is a wait .
