Do not buy from this company unless you want to have them lock you into a 3 month subscription. I only wanted to try out this product one time to see how it works. I didn’t asked to be locked or forced into a subscription. The next month after my purchase they charged me $45 dollars for the same bag I bought that was way cheaper to buy. Would not cancel my subscription or give me a refund for the order that was made without my knowledge. Be careful before you hit the submit button and be aware of what you’re getting into. They don’t even have a legit phone number either. They only have a chat box during certain times and this wasn’t helpful either.

Ordered x2. Filed a claim for my money back x2. Before going that route: 1st order, I received one response about my order status inquiry, 3 months passed. 2nd time, no response after several attempts of emailing customer service. 3 months passed again, claimed for my money back again.

Wish I had read the reviews first...Never received order nor a reply for a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY! RIP OFF I WAITED OVER A MONTH.. ITS BEEN TWO MONTHS NOW SMH. I WILL BE REPORTING THEM!

I ordered in March. The Shipping label was printed but as of today no information about shipping has changed. Contacted company and I received a generic email stating they were behind in shipping. 2 months?!?! Don't buy from them

I ordered and never received anything. I emailed and they responded days later saying they were a small business and sent a tracking number. The tracking never came up and even in the bar the number had =false after it. So sad. Trying to get my money back. urgggg

I ordered the glow up kit,rose oil and wash pads. Waited 3 weeks tracking info was not sent until I emailed them with concerns they took a week to respond with apologies for delay they are a small business. In my mind i was like ok it takes small business sometimes a little longer than others. Still waited another two weeks before a shipment arrived but when I opened the box oh no I gave you $90 an did not recieve what I ordered they sent three pack of wash pads. I want my product or my money returned sent an email again and no response.

Don’t waste your money or time The waiting process is about 3 weeks to a month before you receive any tracking info I had spent a good amount of money on myself for what was suppose to be an early Mother’s Day gift to myself the package was marked as delivered yet nothing was delivered I waited a few days I reached out SEVERAL times by LIVE CHAT & EMAIL no one ever assisted me with ANYTHING I’ve asked to be contacted & assisted by a manager to help me with this issue no response back if I could I would post every screenshot I have as PROOF don’t waste your hard earned money this company is not it they don’t even have a number to PERSONALLY SPEAK TO SOMEONE
