I’ve been using SugarBaby for a little while now. I’ve been using their Tumeric Cleansing Pads, which are absolutely phenomenal. I use them to keep my skin clean and clear and they have made my skin so soft and feel good after cleansing. Recently I subscribed to their 90 day challenge with the face scrub, mask & bar soap, and I used it for about 3weeks and it didn’t mesh well with my skin. I’ve seen many wonderful reviews for this kit and I 100% Believe them, but I’m not sure if this kit has a different formula then the pads, but it caused a reaction on my face and ears. BUT THATS JUST ME!! I believe their products are great, maybe my face is just too sensitive for everything in the kit. I reached out and sent pics to their customer service email, and I got a response extremely fast, and they were very understanding and they quickly rectified my concern. I would highly recommend SugarBaby to everyone, although I had this little hiccup I am 100% still going to purchase more tumeric cleansing pads. They have a lifetime customer in me. I had an issue with my shipping. I contacted Sugarbabycare customer service via email, and the next day I received a new tracking number for my items. They were very quick with resolving my issue.

i used the Sugar baby foaming face wash for the first time last night. It feels gentle on my skin and doesn't feel harsh or strip my skin of moisture, which is perfect for my sensitive skin type. My face was glowing.

I ordered the buy one get one glow wash as well as two glow oils for my daughters. Shipping was quick but once I received the package only one glow oil was inside. I reached out to the company and the next day was notified that my oil was being shipped out. Great customer service and great response time.

I have been using the sugar baby glow wash for about three weeks and I can see a difference in my completion. I look forward to seeing better results as I continue to use the products.

I was gifted the Sugar Baby Foaming Face wash and my pump stopped working. I sent an email to customer service and communication was amazing! I was able to have a new pump shipped out the same day along with the tracking information attached to the email confirmation.

Customer support from Sugar Baby Care has been a very good experience. I reported an issue about the pump failing to work and received a response back within 24 hours. Sugar Baby Care is sending me a replacement for the defective item. I appreciate their responsiveness and immediate resolution to my concern.
