Horrible customer service
I was a faithful customer and I spent so much money on their products. However, half of those times, I received horrible customer service. I gave this company soooo many chances to make things right but they COMPLETELY ignore my emails. 1st time, it took them more than a month to mail me my products. I emailed them, which they replied and shipped my product the next day. 2nd time, the same thing happened. I emailed them and they never reply, but they did ship my product 3 days later. 3rd time, I was missing a soap. I emailed them 3 times and until today, I still have not heard back from them. There are so many other products on TikTok that create similar products to this company. I would no longer purchase from this company and do not recommend this company to anybody.

They stopped replying to me after buying almost all of their products at one time or another. I tried to end a subscription for the one bundle I’d subscribed to and first they told me I couldn’t stop the sub unless I showed that the products didn’t work..uh what!? Then they just stopped responding altogether but kept charging me month after month! Not even on the same date each month! Stay away! There are other honest companies making similar products: musely, urbanskinrx, topicals (avail at Sephora) and more. Keep looking ppl, sugarbabycare is not it. Also, the deodorant and penetrate mask are really quite bad!

I have to agree with all the bad reviews.
I ordered a Glow Deo, it came fairly quickly, but ended up unusable.
The deodorant has a very dry, hard, gritty, sand paper like texture, it is impossible to use.
I tried to contact the company through several email addresses they provide with no success. I tried to reach out via phone- no one picked up. Live messaging was also a fail, it never even opened.
Too bad I looked at reviews after I purchased.
I am at the process of disputing this purchase.
I think this is a fraudulent company.

Just like several other reviews have stated, this is not a reliable company. Ordered from them weeks ago, my money was taken right away from my card, and haven’t received my order or any updates. Tried reaching out to their customer service and got no response, not even an automated response. Next step will be to file a claim with the financial institution to get my money back.

This company is a SCAM! They will con you into a subscription that you CAN NOT CANCEL! The only way for the subscription to cancel is to get a new debit/credit card number so that the transaction is cancelled.
Their products stained EVERY SINGLE WHITE ITEM it came into contact with. From my bathtub to my sink to even my freshly painted french manicure!!!! It was a DISASTER using this product.
ADDITIONALLY!!! The product broke me out SEVERELY! I am unsure what extra ingredients are in the product but they must be leaving a few out!

This company is a scam. Its rare that customers actually recieve their orders. Reaching out to them was a nightmare because its clear they don't care.

The product dyed my white sink yellow
The product dyed my white sink as the sink turned yellow. Also ruined my manicure and turned it yellow. Was a bit of a mess. Had to scrub my sink with Lysol disinfectant wash to get the yellow out. Yellow was still on my nails and couldn’t scrub it all off. So it’s a bit embarrassing to show my nails now.
