I placed an order for the buy 1 get 1 free and like clock work the checkout was smooth took the money immediately. I have yet to receive a confirmation of order or even an email with receipt. I sent an email to the support email listed and still have not heard anything. I disputed it with my bank its sad that we support these businesses and they just scam us cant even be trusted to shop online. At this point I rather have bought the fake one from Amazon at least I know that I would receive what I paid for and not be ignored like I did them wrong. SUGARBABYCARE is a SCAM...

Hello I did an order on December 10th and I still have not received my order I have sent two emails to the company and I still have not gotten a response back from them very upset and disappointed!! My package is showing that it has not been packaged. If I receve my order I will change my review score. Thank you

I ordered their products Nov 10 and got a tracking that has not moved from their primary location at all. Seems scamish and a big one. I have emailed them 2x so far. I'm done my financial institution will recover my monies. It's a scam

I placed an order for the face scrub and the soap and have not yet received an email saying when my order will be shipped. I received an email from them saying that they received my order, but that has been all that I’ve received. I just feel like if you’re going to charge for the order as soon as it’s placed, then you need to process the order at the same time.

I ordered the pore cleaner/charcoal and the pump stop working within a week.

I'm giving them 1 star until I hear back from someone. I wish I would've read the reviews first. I ordered mine 4 days ago. Received an email about them receiving my order. Plenty of advertisements and offers and nothing about my order shipping. I emailed customer and am waiting to hear back from them. I'll update my review if things change.

COMPLETE SCAM!! Dont WASTE YOUR MONEY LIKE I DID!! I would give -0 stars if I could!! I Literally ordered almost a year ago and someone began reaching out to me and then claimed they mailed the order out and it got lost. They agreed to resend the package (which I paid over $150 for) and then they just stopped replying and never sent anything. I’ve continuously reached out to them asking for my order and no one will reply. Ordered back on January 30th 2024 and here we are November 15 2024 and I have received NOTHING!!
