I wish I could give 1 star. I ordered almost a month ago and still haven’t received my order, and I have reached out several times with no response. The put a Facebook link on a comment and it took me to some white guys page. Like come on, you can even support these types of businesses for reasons like this. Like seriously, communication is horrible! I you can keep up with supply and demand, stop posting and taking orders. Seems like your company is having to rob Peter to pay Paul type of vibes.

I ordered the glass skin kit and received one of the wrong items. It’s been weeks since I’ve been able to reach anybody to get my correct item I paid for it.

My experience with this customer service was horrible. I ordered the face wash that was buy one get one free. Well I only received one, when I emailed about the order the customer service rep told me to do a review, screenshot it and they will do a good gesture and send the other part of my order. Wow… is all I could say. At this point I don’t care if I don’t receive the other bottle, I will never order from this company again.

Ordered the BOGO glow pads in early December. Got my order delivered on the 24th, only to find that no glow pads were in the package, just a bottle of Glow Wash that I had not ordered. Sent an email requesting a fix, but never got a reply. Went to the site and completed the form on the "Exchange Portal" on Jan 4th and as of this review, still haven't heard anything. I won't say this is a scam, as I have ordered from the site before and the products I like, but the long shipping, the customer service, and just ignoring a request to fix. I am moving to another company I found via Amazon.

Ordered for buy one get one face wash and only received one. Took 2 weeks and three emails to get a response and now they want a review on here to get the rest of the products I ordered and paid for. Will not order from them again.

Do not order from these scammers. They supplied a deal on IG for 12.99 logo. They charged me over $32 and won't accept a return when I requested it. There was no return policy communicated on the Ad. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE SCAMMERS.

SCAM! No order number received to track my package! And they do not answer emails!
