Seeing all the bad reviews! Like wow, it’s so many of them lol. I’m glad I’m the type of person that checks reviews before ordering because this company promotes nicely, but seems to have very poor communication skills or no products available upon purchase. What made me check is the underarm picture on their site. I’m a woman who gets waxed and clearly that product didn’t work for the individual lol. She had hair under her arm the first picture, (which made it seem like she had marks), and the other she was waxed still showing her same marks but in a different lighting. Sugar baby, yall are a mess. Yall have to do better. You won’t get my support!!!

I order this product 12/7/2024 to try it' cause the promotion said it's for sensitive skin. In all of a sudden, you see all these amazing, beautiful, black actress and actors promoting it talking about,"They have sensitive skin and aftee using this so call amazing product all my black spots are gone and my face so smooth". I ordered it, and I tried it and the first day was okay. I was surprised my face didn't itch, tingle, dry out or anything o was happy. So i woke up the next morning happy and excited to wash my face to see the progress thru out the week. I read the instructions again just like the day before fresh clean white face cloth and that shit burned like hell. I immediately took that shit off my face. I didnt understand what went wrong. When I rinse my face off with cold water and pat my face with a wet cloth my face was reddish and im not light skin. Once my face was completely air drying was flaky and started to look a little flaky and started to look a little rashy. The product made my face tight and not a good tight and really dry as if my face was going to break skin or something I put aquaphor. Through out the day my face was was so irritated?I just wanted to scratch my skin off. The next day in the few days later, I just continue washing my face with just warm water and a clean white towel and continue to put aquaphor. And still to this day I haven't found anything for my sensitive face. About Customer Service... I reach out 12/29/2024 For some reason im barely seeing a email from sugarbaby responded 1/9//2025 Never remember seeing that email but okay 🤔

I PLACED AN ORDER ON MARCH 22, 2025 AND NEVER GOT IT! I EMAILED YOU SEVERAL TIMES AND YOU HAVENT RESPONDED, WHY HAVE AN EMAIL!? I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL! BAD BUSINESS.

I haven’t purchased the product but seeing that the reviews people do that do have pictures on there seem real the ones I don’t have pictures on there seem like they’re just making pages just to do reviews. Yeah I’m OK.

At first I wrote a positive review- however since then my views have changed. I was promised a free bag of the turmeric facial scrub if I left a review. Since then, the company has not responded to me or replied to any emails or messages through Instagram.

It really deserves no stars, product does not work, and it is a waste of your time and money!!!

I just received my order but I’m checking out the ingredients and it says nothing about tumeric! Now I’m not crazy! If you’re advertising it as Kojic + tumeric extract shouldn’t the ingredients say something about tumeric?

This company is a complete fraud! Their products aren’t that effective and they started a subscription that I did not agree to on my bank account. I have contacted the company on 3 different occasions with no response! I’m utterly disgusted by this company!
