I’m just surprised 😮 at all the bad reviews. My experience with the Sugababycare has been amazing and the products work great for my skin. My orders shipped out two to three days after I purchased the products. I love the quality of the products and I will definitely continue to order.

I’m so surprised at the other reviews
I’m so surprised at the other reviews. My experience with them was very different. They have been super attentive. My package was delivered to the wrong address (my fault- we had just moved) they responded immediately and fixed the issue, updated me with tracking info. Would definitely order from them again.

I have to admit
I have to admit, my 1st order was not received. USPS claim to have delivered it, contacted USPS, took weeks to get a response back, they're unable to track my items. USPS not using the correct lockers to place items. Fast forward, after all correspondence with USPS I contacted Surgarbaby about my items, within few days I got a response and they reshipped my items luckily on the day of delivery I was off and at home that morning. I have been using the scrub with the brush and it has been good thus far. I don't see any changes yet in terms of complexion but my skin does feel softer after using it. Loving the products thus far.

Quick response and resolution 🥰
I had a question about my order and Annie responded fast and provided me with an update and tracking on my package. This is my 2nd order of the product but my 1st time ordering the new container with the brush. I’m sure I’ll love it, can’t wait to use it.. 🥰

I had a defective bottle and after…
I had a defective bottle and after emailing and sending a video, I received a prompt response and I’m expecting a new product soon. These products are amazing! My skin has transformed so much. It’s brighter, less dark spots and I’m starting to see a more even-skinned tone.
