I placed an order May 8th 2025, it's now 13th June and I have received no updates regarding shipping. I have emailed them several times, I even reported them via shop pay, nothing still has progressed. I will NEVER order from these again and I urge everyone else not to either. Clearly they are scamming people and reading other reviews shows they are unprofessional and not trustworthy.

Very shady business! Only got a call returned now they shipped the product! You don’t refund unopened items/package is very crazy! This company needs to be closed and banned as even though in good faith & advertising the product seems good for you, you purchase it. Only for you to read the bad reviews a day after purchasing and as per the representative, “I should make sure I want the products before I hit pay!” Like your product is misleading and you ignore calls and emails only reaching out when the package has shipped! I hope others see this and other negative reviews and don’t buy from this company!

I had ordered on 28th of May 2025. For the past two weeks, I had emailed twice, and tried to send a query on their website. It was only when I left a negative comment on their instagram page did I notice there were MANY other customers who did not receive their products even after two months and were ignored like I was. They did not respond to any of my emails from two weeks ago, but could respond to instagram comments from a day ago. They only sent me an email saying international orders take longer, AFTER I had written a comment. Please save your money and do not make the same mistakethat I did.

Ordered facial scrubs 18th of May. Took the funds, received order confirmation and nothing but marketing material since, no delivery updates. Emailed several times to no response. Company is a complete scam they are just stealing people's money.Looking into what recourse I have. Do not give these scammers a penny

If I could give zero stars I would. I placed an order and shortly after my order was cancelled. Reached out to customer service and no response, it’s over 7 days now. Thank God there are other businesses to order from.

I ordered several time 3 to be exact. The company cancelled the order twice. I again ordered been waiting in shipping information sine May. Checking on the SHOP site and it just tells you the order has been confirmed and shipping in process. No tracking number nor customer service number to call for help. Just horrible I will NEVER order from this company again. If you havent don’t!

I made an order on May 2nd and a month later I still haven’t received anything. I have emailed them countless times but haven’t gotten one single response from them. On the “Shop” app I have been tracking it and all it continuously says is “preparing shipment!” Abysmal customer service! I’m going to get my money back one way or the other. Even Shein and Temu deliver faster!! Kmt

Placed an order May 19th, so far no updates, no tracking info and no product. I'm about to contact my bank and report fraud.
