When I first reached out to find my lost package, I didn’t receive a response and later realized I had used the wrong email to contact them. I then used the websites customer service and was able to get in contact with Annie about my missing package. She was so helpful and guided me through the claim process, and after I completed it, she arranged a replacement for the missing item. Thank you Annie for all your help and I’m so happy with my turmeric face wash.

This product reigns supreme over other products I have used to even out my skin tone. Currently, I use the Ready Set Glow Sweet Lemon pads and my skin feels amazingly refreshed and my complexion is glowing. I'm going to try some of their other products. Customer service was phenomenal, so far a winning team. Do yourself a favor, your skin will love you and you will love their products.

I missed up when I was placing my order and put the wrong address in. I contacted support and they quickly responded and got everything changed for me and even got back in touch afterwards. I definitely will be ordering more from them just based off of the service before I even get the product.

Amazing experience. I bought this product to help with my face and there was a drastic change from when I was consistently using it to when I traveled and didn't take it with me. I have had a great experience with the product. Both the pads and the pump are great. The pads last for quite a while and produce a nice lather. The pump is luxurious and scrubs the face. They have a loyal customer. I had an issue with the pump and Kenny was AMAZING you hear me. They took care of it right away. This is great customer service.
