I ordered the foaming facial wash online as a buy one, get one free (BOGO). I submitted my payment by checking the item desired. The product arrived at my house as a single unit, not as a buy one, get one free. I called the customer service number and made them aware of the shortage, and the rep, Annie, insisted that I did not check the bogo box. She asked if I was happy with the product. I had my husband try it, and he loved the fresh, clean facial scrub. So, now I can't wait to receive the rest of the product as promised. They should honor the BOGO offer as advertised. Who would only order one unit?

I purchased 3 items from this company for my daughter and I to try together. Shes 16 and she struggles with really bad acne. She just started using it 2 days ago so we haven’t seen the results as of yet but she says it’s very refreshing and cleansing for her face. I was under the impression that I ordered 2 of the Buy 1 Get 1 for the pads and the was but I guess I didn’t choose the right option. So I only received one of each instead of 2. I reached out to customer and they were very quick with responding and accommodating. I will be purchasing again. Thank

The wash i love, as i thought that the buy one get one free was automatically applied, as i see it was not. So i am a little frustrated at that.

I ordered the Glow Wash which I never received. I’m not sure if the postal worker stole the package or if they were so negligent to leave my package on top of the mailbox for my whole apartment community but basically I never received it to try it. I did contact customer service they told me what I needed to do on my end for me to get a reshipment placed . Annie was very nice & helpful and now I’m waiting for the glow wash to come again so I can try it out.

So far the products leave my skin feeling slightly sticky after applying the product.

Overall, I actually like the product I like the way it makes my face feel. I ordered the glow wash. I do not regret getting it. The only bad experience I had is that I bought the buy one get one free and I only received one in the mail, but after calling, I talked to someone and she cleared it up and is sending me my other one now so thanks for the product and I look forward to seeing what you guys have in the future.

I ordered the product around this sale about “buy 1 get 1 free”, it took it a while for it to deliver. Though once I got it, I only received one. It was disappointing and emailed them about to be told that I didn’t pick that option, which is odd. Anyways, I tried the product out this morning and it felt good though. Light on my skin and I felt no irritation to my sensitive skin, so I don’t regret buying it.

My Favorite part about this set was the Porefect pads. I love the tea tree it gives my face a cooling sensation. I highly rec purchasing off the website only compared to third parties to avoid order issues.
