I ordered two products that were buy one get one free and I only receive the glow pads. I didn’t receive everything I ordered. I called several times couldn’t t reach anyone. When i received the box everything was spilled in the bottom of the box. Not happy with the purchase the website is misleading.

The Bogo face wash came as a single face wash and not two, like the photo shows. The photo shows two face washes and says buy one get one. It is misleading. I am awaiting the customer service team to mail my missing wash. So far, the actual wash is okay. I haven't noticed major results yet, but I am hopeful.

Well i was supposed to get two from the buy one get one free deal. When it FINALLY arrived only one was in the package. Im a new customer but its not looking good. If you all would like to assist me in getting my second one that would be great.

I was excited to get my order. Just to be let down. It took a month and a half to finally arrive. I only received confirmation of my order information after messaging them. Can’t take my money and not give me no updates. They sent me an email saying they were behind on orders and wanted to make sure the quality of their product wasn’t effected. So please be patient. They provided shipping information literally after a month of taking my order and still didn’t receive it until 3 weeks later. Beware if you’re in a rush to receive your product.

I absolutely love the kojic acid soap and lemon deodorant I ordered from this company previously. The products do work to fade dark spots and have helped the acne on my face tremendously. HOWEVER! My first order took a couple of weeks to arrive, so I made sure to give myself a lot of lead time on the second order. It has been over a month since I placed my order in mid-January. No responses to email. And just a canned response on delays due to making sure we "get you the freshest products" with the web chat. I really want to keep supporting this business, but long shipping delays with no warning are not acceptable. It is really easy to understand if they are going through a hard time due to insert any live event...but there is zero meaningful communication. UPDATE: 3/26/2024 Order still has not arrived and they refuse to acknowledge my request to cancel and refund. They just send canned emails about, "appreciating my patience," without acknowledging my request to cancel my order.

Update: finally got my order two days ago, and I’m happy I got but disappointed on the service I received. As much as I hoped I’d become a regular I will not. They will not return any emails I ordered on Jan 4th and still haven’t received anything. I spent 70 dollars. I contact them daily and no one responds. They are definitely scamming people which is sad because you want to support businesses. Who has money to waste!

I received 1 item. After that they continued to charge my account regularly without any delivery updates or delivered items. They haven’t responded to my emails other than to say that I’m subscribed and that’s why I’m being charged. I encourage all the victims to resort it to your bank. Do a stop payment and claim to have your money returned to you

I placed my order in December and I thought they were a scam but I finally received my order today. Hold tight ladies! Now I will see if the product really works.
