I recently placed an order and was excited to receive my package, but unfortunately, one of the items was missing. Naturally, I was a bit disappointed, but I reached out to the customer service team, hoping for a resolution.To my surprise, their response was incredibly fast and professional. The representative I spoke with was polite, apologetic, and immediately took action to resolve the issue. They not only assured me that the missing item would be sent out right away but also followed up with tracking details to keep me updated.

I received my order fairly quickly. A couple of the items I haven't yet tried but I've been using the charcoal face wash for a few days. I absolutely LOVE that the bottles have a brush attached to apply the face wash and gently massage the skin. There was an item that I thought would be included in my order and when I reached out to customer service, they cleared up the misunderstanding and were so informative and helpful. Overall, I am pleased with the products so far and with the company in general.
