I was reluctant on purchasing this product because of reading the reviews about not getting the buy one get one promotion and consumers only getting one. Nevertheless I ended up ordering it and I received all 3 items, in a timely fashion. No problems at all! And to top it off I’ve been using the glow wash and glow serum for four days and already seeing results.

I LOVE their products. They truly have skin cafe down to a science. Recently my shipment was missing an item I paid for, once I contacted customer service they shipped the missing item to me right away. I always recommend them to friends.

I have enjoyed using the glow pads and serum! I have used the products for the last 3 weeks and see some positive different in my skin!

I’ve seen many negative reviews and initially was concerned with the delivery time on the first order I placed for the Glow set which included the 2 Glow wash and 2 ready set glow scrub pads and serum .i placed it in December during the high volume holiday time and It did take a few days for the order to be filled but after contacting customer service with my concerns my order was filled and delivered within 7-10 days . I absolutely love the results of the glow wash after 2-4 weeks i seen the difference it made to my skin I placed another order for the glow set. This order included “gloves , mask , body scrub , oil , soap . “ And I decided to purchase 2 wash duo sets which included glow wash + pore-fect wash . This second order did come on time after 7-10 days from Florida to Texas via usps but when it arrived the items were not accurate. I was missing the 2 pore -fect wash and instead received 2 ready set glow scrub pads in which I did like the results from my first order in December, however I didn’t like how messy it can get if not used in the shower so instead didn’t reorder and was looking forward to trying the pore-fect wash sets instead . After being disappointed on not receiving my initial items I ordered I immediately contacted customer service via chat and sent a photo of items received along with a photo of my invoice and was immediately assisted by someone named Annie. She was kind , helpful, assisted me right away . I was shown empathy and quickly was informed the error would be corrected and my items will be shipped and information regarding tracking would be available once order was fulfilled. After a few days I received an email from Annie confirming my items have been shipped and less the 7 days later I received my corrected items in the mail . As of today , I have all the items I ordered and absolutely love them all . In fact , I’ve actually gifted family members some items and they love it aswell. I’ve been told from others of the difference it’s made to my skin and I will be posting another review with photos on website of my progress aswell and purchasing more items . I absolutely love the skin care items , the customer service I’ve experienced. And although there was an error in one of my orders the correction and initiative taken to correct it definitely made up for it . Not every company is perfect and sometimes can get things wrong but it’s how they correct those mistakes that matters . Thank you for all the assistance. And I look forward to getting more sugar baby care items soon . This skin care journey has given me back the self love and care I’ve been needing for sometime and the items are amazing !

The product shipped fast and I’ve been using it for a few days and it works great! Love the smell and how smooth my skin is afterwards!
