I been using sugar baby products for a while now and I have no complaints I had ordered products recently and it’s never happen before but one of my items were missing I contacted customer service they were very helpful to my needs and went as far as sending out the product that was missing and I’m waiting for it to arrive overall my haven’t had any issues other then that .

This company gave me a prompt response and they were informative. It’s nice to feel like you put your money in a caring company

The Glow Wash is great and the appearance of my skin looks great, I also ordered the Pore Wash and it was broken, I contacted customer service, and the item was replaced. I appreciate the prompt response and rectification, and I will continue using it for continued results.
