I can not understand the bad reviews here. I have only the best experience with them. They removed a virus from our server and gave outstanding support. I dont know what I would have done without them. You need some kind of basic understanding of technical topics to communicate with them. But if you run a professional buisiness you should use their service to scan your server and keep it clean from any threat. I can only fully recommend them.

The daily scan by my hosting provider showed that there was malware in the URLs of my website. I have assisted hosting, but they quickly escalated and advised that I would contact Sucuri to get my website cleaned. I did think that it was quite pricey but had little choice as my customers were rerouted to other websites. I quite quickly got a message that my website was being escalated to a senior team member and then I didn't hear anything for several hours. I was very concerned and contacted sales again. In the meantime I had read the very bad reviews which Sucuri gets on here, so I was worried that I had wasted my money and nothing was being done. The sales person told me that on the contract option I had chosen (cheapest option, still expensive though), my website would be dealt with within 12 hours as per contract terms. This worried me even more as my visitors and customers were routed away from my website. Luckily enough this all turned out to be different, Sucuri was already cleaning my website and not long after I got the message that the problems had been resolved and my website was clean and a firewall was put in place. So I am a happy customer. They fixed the problem in about 4 hours. Yes, they are expensive, but they did it and that is most important, plus I now have additional safety features.

Sucuri are great, the features it offers are really awesome and it offers a great deal of them... SSL, geo blocking, ip/user agent white and blacklisting, CDN, real time observations and loads more... all for $9.99/month... unbelievable value. Previously I had 1 issue which was difficult to resolve and the response time from Sucuri was delayed, but since that i've contacted support a number of times and they have been prompt, courteous and extremely helpful, even taking time out to log in to my server and setup the firewall correctly as it was past my technical ability. I would highly recommend Sucuri
