Never join unless you never want to cancel. Trying to cancel seems somewhat impossible. It makes me wonder how many subscribers just gave up in frustration

I though this company was absolute genuine but they respond to tickets with just one jargon "We're heavily loaded with tickets". My ticket ID being 16709920602241 I told them that i am in my 30 day money back guarantee period but they replied the same also adding that "We have reviewed your request and determined that it requires the assistance of our Account Administration team for further review with billing. Please be advised, that the response time might be slightly extended in the second level of support as an in-depth examination may be carried out." I should have come on trustpilot before purchasing a plan from them. Worst customer experience. Absolute waste of money. They claim they're a part of Godaddy, I doubt that. Please check all the reviews on Trust Pilot before you purchase any plans from them.

We choosed service sucuri regarding malware problem on the site - result? they crashed procduction site twice with no even single information before... not able to reproduce, lost time and money. Its a fake service, no idea what they are doing, we have contract with 6 hours fix time - 4 week without result. IS JUST FAKE SERVICE

Found sucuri for my website and initially had a lot of issues during set up. You have to be ready that when you will install sucuri for the first time that things will not go smooth potentially causing website downtime so do not enable it at during ur busy times. Spent a lot of time between hosting company and sucuri being the messenger between the 2 to get things to work. Then i had it on for few months but my website was down from time to time. Raised so many sucuri tickets to understand why this was happening , they keep saying to ask hosting company to whitelist their ips which we did but downtime continued to happen. Most downtime was 5-10 min until few days ago where the downtime was for more than 2 hours. Had to change dns to point directly back to hosting and bypass sucuri. Then raised tickets again to try and understand root cause. Again sucuri says its not them, hosting says its not them. But is is a sucuri issue because when we changed dns website was back up. I have an ecommerce website and downtime costs clients/money/business. The tickets with sucuri is very slow and till today no answers about why the downtime happened at their end. So had to disable sucuri finally today and will now try cloudflare to see if i have better luck. Writing this review because i would have liked to know about this before i spend so much time with sucuri.

Terrible support! I wish I saw the reviews before subscribing. It's been a complete and total waste of time. I signed up for their Pro plan yesterday (over 24hrs) and according to their website, malware should be removed within 4 - 12hrs, they have been playing because even as i type, the server scan hasnt been initiated! I provided login credentials even though correct they aren't accepted for whatever reason. Site is still hacked, they take hours to respond to tickets even if you reply their messages immediately. I have requested for a refund.

Pethatic services. No cleaning up, if there is virus they just say we have manually cleaning it. And there is no permanent solution for that with them. I terminated the service as it was just a waste of time and money with them. I requested for remaining payment as I signed up for yearly payment they refused. They must refund remaining months but all is of no use. It not money back guarantee. Don't buy it instead I recommend malcare.com

Avoid, its as simple as that. They terminated my "website security" account without any notice whatsoever, thus causing my website to be down for 24 hours whilst I moved to Cloudflare. I HAD TO CONTACT THEM TO GET A REASON WHY [the reason is invalid]. So far its 24 hours and I have only had 3 replies to a ticket, with each reply taking 8 hours despite me replying instantly. If you value your business, do NOT use Sucuri, do you really want to entrust your website uptime to a company who will disable it without any notice or reason?
