I ordered a dress from Suchheel.com and couldn’t be happier with my purchase. The quality exceeded my expectations, the fabric feels premium and the fit is exactly as described. Shipping was surprisingly fast, and the item arrived well packaged. Customer service was also very responsive when I had a quick sizing question before ordering. Overall, a smooth and pleasant shopping experience. I’ll definitely be buying from Suchheel again!

I can verify that the company exists, and will send you your order. Unfortunately, the dress we got was very poor quality, and only vaguely resembled the pictures online. Returns are accepted if you pay shipping back to China, which isn't realistic. Even then, you get store credit. At best, a barely legal knock-off company.

Hi Lee, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear the dress didn’t meet your expectations. While we work hard to ensure our items match their descriptions and photos, we understand your disappointment in this case. Our return policy is available before checkout, but we’ll take your comments on board as we review ways to make it clearer and more practical for customers.
