The company shipped them promptly and in soft packaging. They are healthy and very happy plants. They answered promptly questions I had on replanting. I will order from them again ans recommend them.

I've had the subscription for a few years and I'm always impressed with the service. I've had a couple plants (out of dozens purchased) die prematurely and they provided store credit for a replacement. My questions are always answered promptly, within a day of sending the email. Plants sometimes arrive in rough shape (particularly echeveriae) but they "even out" after some time and look much better. My reason for removing a star is because a lot of their products are frequently out of stock. I feel that although having a wishlist option is a great feature, it's not as useful as it could be since i would eventually come back to wishlisted items only for them to be out of stock. It also seems the email notification for when items are back isn't working. Overall, I am very happy with the Succulents Box and have recommended them many times.

I’m incredibly disappointed in this company. I received a Christmas cactus as a gift. While it arrived, full & seemingly pretty, almost all of the buds/blooms were detached, along with multiple branches from shipping. I reached out to customer service with photos & assistance was very inconsistent. Right away, I was told, they’d send a replacement but never received any sort of confirmation for a week+. So I reached out again & got some weird reasoning that their systems were down & would I like a gift card. I asked for a replacement plant & received a shipping confirmation soon after. The replacement Christmas cactus was TERRIBLE!!! It looked nothing like the photo on the site or like the first one I received. It was tiny with 5 “stubs” with no blooms & once again, branches had fallen off….I planted it, but I think it’s already dead. How incredibly disappointing. I wrote a review on their website & it’s now gone-shady. My dad gifted me a Christmas cactus a couple decades ago but upon moving out of the country had to leave it behind, so this gift was in memory of that….sadly, not a good memory now as I have two pathetic cactuses in poor shape.
