Subsplash has been everything I needed for my church and more. No one has tried to push me into upgrading or anything, which is a huge relief from other services, and I can be sure I'll get answers to any question I have.

I received an auto reply to message followed up by another auto reply and have yet to have my question answered. This is very unlike Subsplash and is poor form, in my opinion. It’s been 3 business days and still no response. Update- True to previous form, my Client Success Manager reached out to me directly and quickly rectified the situation. She put me in direct contact with the person who could answer my inquiry. He did so expertly and professionally. I’ve updated my review to 5 stars from 1 star due to their exemplary customer service recovery.

Huge fan of Subsplash! Not only is the APP easy to use but the customer support is second to none.
