I ordered a star trek pajama to Germany for my old man on 16th December and it arrived at 29th. Concidering the holiday season and my usual luck with international shipping + customs i'ld say this went astoundingly fast. The quality of the pajama is also very high; so there was no need to mingle with their support

Bought 2 shirts of the same but screen printing was obviously worse than the other. I just wanted a simple exchange but customer service said "they're all like that and can see that in picture". Didn't even have the common courtesy to apologize for any inconvenience and even sent her (Faye - seems to be the same horrible person working in customer service that gets bad reviews everywhere) pictures to prove the flaw/damage that's not common. After exchange, I get 16 emails to review the shirt, like if that would do anything to me. So, obvious this customer service rep has some mental issues. These review emails were sent after the item dispute and not after the purchase. Simply the WORST customer service EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And after reading some other reviews here, I guess I'm not wrong.

I ordered a pair of slippers as a gift for Christmas for someone who has a foot size slightly smaller than mine. Upon receiving the slippers, I tried them on and was surprised to find they did not fit my size 9 foot when I ordered a large and they were supposed to be 1-2 sizes larger than my foot. I returned the slippers as per the returns page on their website. However, I did not receive a full refund. I paid $29.99 for the slippers and a total of $23.15 in shipping for a grand total of $53.14 for some slippers I did not keep, but returned. I called the company for a partial refund on my shipping costs, but the company refused and stated it was listed on their website they do not refund shipping costs. However, this should be paid for on behalf of the company since the item was not as described and did not fit as expected. I will never purchase from SylinOnline again having this experience.

$100 for international shipping? Also prices are high which would be OK if shipping was more reasonable..
