The walking dead door hoodie did not came as I expected it to be because it was worn before I got it. And I wish I notice it before I took the tag off.

+I received the wrong size of the item. I ordered a medium size and got a size 10 for the slippers which is way too large. How do I exchange the wrong item for the correct size?

Technically, my order was completed as expected and delivered quickly. But before I ordered, I contacted them asking the size of the clock. There were no reviews for this item. I never received an answer but ordered anyway. The clock is cute, but it is made of the cheapest of cheap materials. Very thin, cheap feeling plastic, thick, uneven plastic clock face which picks up glare from every angle, and the picture on the face is a very low-quality print...pixels are even visible. They also make it impossible to review your item on their site which explains a lot. I won't be ordering there again.

I received the wrong tshirt. I bought two tshirts and one of them wasn't the one that I ordered.

The Polaroid T-shirt's graphics were extremely off-center. Nice T-shirt, but I wish they could have done a better job placing the graphics centrally on the T-shirt. As is, it looks strange and unprofessional.

I received my order on time, but the item I ordered was a bit off. I ordered an XXL Game of Thrones Hoodie that has "I DRINK AND I KNOW THINGS" ON the back. It seems a bit small for a XXL, the pockets aren't directly in front but close to the sides, and the zipper is on the left side instead of the right side.
