The product got to me in less than a week and was completely as described. After reading the negative reviews I was hesitant to order from them but decided to give them a chance and it totally was worth it.

Purchased two Star Trek 50 year shirts from them during comic con. Specifically asked the gentleman if they had gendered sizes or all unisex - I was told all unisex so I asked for a small and medium (for my parents as a gift). Got the shirts home and noticed the logos were COMPLETELY different sizes - the logo on the small was much larger than the medium shirt logo. I had wanted them to match and thought it was ridiculous that the smaller logo be on the larger shirt, so I called and explained this to their orders Department. Explained the problem to a Erin, stating that I'd like a partial refund for my troubles. She said it was unusual but possible depending on her manager, but other options would be two extra shirts or credit to their site. I didn't really want or need two more shirts, and I didn't want to buy more merchandise, so I said I'd like to pursue the refund. Erin was very nice and professional, and told me to email her pics of everything and she'd speak with her manager. I went ahead, took the shirts out of the bag and tooks pics for reference and realized that the medium was in fact a woman's shirt (I hadn't taken it out of the bag until this point so I didn't realize). Fortunately, judging by their size they both looked like they would fit my parents but I felt a partial refund for my hassles and the difficulties would be reasonable, especially since the employee gave me wrong info and a wrong item behind the counter. Sent the email back and received a response stating they could send more shirts (which I had explicitly stated wouldn't help) but no sort of refund "for convention items". I called in and this time spoke with the manager, Faye. She was rude, disrespectful, and irritable throughout the call. I explained the situation nicely, upon which she immediately interrupted me and started making excuses. I asked at least three times that she stop interrupting me, which really irritated me. She explained she could send more shirts - I told her again that these appeared to work but I'd like a partial refund as that seemed fair for being told the wrong info, given the wrong items (essentially, even though it worked out ok ultimately), and now having to go through the hassle of calling, emailing info, calling again, etc. She flatly refused and said she "couldn't do it". She said that many of the people at the booth that day were volunteers and not employees, and people make mistakes. I pointed out that I understood this but those people a.) still represent their company, b.) it's not hard to understand the difference between unisex and gendered shirts, and c.) when the people representing a company "make mistakes", the company usually offers some kind of remediation. She again stated giving me more shirts was the solution and remediation - I pointed out this would be unhelpful, wasn't what I asked for, and I really just wanted some kind of partial refund (I still don't think that would be unreasonable). Then she started accusing me of lying, stating "I wasn't there and I don't know what you said to the person or what they said or gave to you". I called her out on it and she tried to deny it saying she just "couldn't confirm" any of it. I told her if she wasn't willing to help me I'd explain to my credit card company the issue and see if they could offer any assistance. She then offered a $5 refund back - pretty much a major slap in the face. I found it insulting and also pointed out that she had lied to me and could in fact refund purchases (having said earlier she can't), but in fact just was choosing not too. At this point she basically told me the answer was "more shirts sent to you and you can give us the other ones", "I'm not responsible for what our volunteers do" and "you just want a shirt for free and I'm not going to give it to you and you're just mad because I said no". I pointed out her HORRIBLE skills at customer service - i.e. the fact she didn't listen to what customers were saying, lying about what she could do with refunds, interrupting me multiple times from the start, and being disrespectful and rude. I mentioned that I had no issues speaking with Erin, and her response was "you just don't like me because I said no to your refund" (in fact it's because she didn't seem to care or listen to my issue and request). I asked to speak to her manager as I felt I was treated poorly and she told me "I'm it". At first I thought maybe the company and I could come to a reasonable solution when I spoke with Erin, who was great. Then I spoke with her manager Faye, who was disrespectful, rude, accused me of lying and asking for free stuff, and shirked all responsibility for the companies mistakes because: "volunteers". To the say the least the overall experience ended horribly, I accepted the $5 credit mainly because I was sick of talking with her but I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone, and would not purchase from them again.

I bought a wallet from them, and it started to peel. They said that I washed the wallet, but only the peel is on a certain area on the outside. So if i washed it it would peel evenly everywhere.
