But, I’m only taking 2 stars off for the shipping. It never gave an estimated release date, the tracking number led to a different website that couldn’t track the package and it gave me the review option a week and a half before it arrived.

Every year our family selects a theme for Halloween and we build our display around that theme, to include T-shirts for our crew to wear. This year we salute Batman on his 80th and so the search began for interesting Batman shirts. StylinOnline is always on our list of vendors as they have interesting designs, well made shirts, and often special deals that make for some sharp pricing. This year was no exception. They have a very good Batman 80th design, and on sale. We placed our order with ease, receiving confirmation a couple of days later that the order had shipped. And then... There was a follow-up email informing us that in fact, our order was on hold -- one of the shirts was out of stock. Customer Service worked with us -- we could select another shirt or cancel the out of stock item, either way our discounts would still apply as would the Free Shipping even though our order total had fallen below the threshold for both. Now that was good customer service. And then, it got better. Having confirmed the new order (less one shirt) we figured the order would arrive in a week or so - no problem. Instead, two days later there was a knock at the door. The Mailman had a package for us -- our shirts. They had been sent 2-Day Priority. Good customer service had just become GREAT customer service. Thank you StylinOnline! Excellent products. Good pricing. Fantastic Customer Service! We will be back for more.

It only took 2 days for the item to receive the item, when online said it will take 7-8 days.
