Reviews for a Pro are typically shared through your appointment in your StyleSeat account or from links in communication we send, and we just want to make sure your feedback reaches the right place. Just to clarify our role: StyleSeat provides the booking and business tools professionals use, but we don’t manage their businesses or the services they provide. Because of that, we aren’t able to adjust service outcomes or issue refunds directly on their behalf. However, most Pros genuinely want their clients to be satisfied and are open to working toward a resolution when something doesn’t go as expected. That said, we always want to do right by our community and make sure you’re supported.
