I had a banner and 4 hoodies made for my daughter and son in law for Christmas. It looks great and besides being surprised they were very happy with the gift. They display it in their garage gym and wear their hoodies often.

My Christmas gifts came ridiculously late. Ordered WEEKS ahead of Christmas. Will not order from them again

My first item the tacks were missing so we had to wait an additional long period of time before putting up the banner . Fixing them another chance I ordered a metal wall piece , waited again only to receive it improperly completed . It had numerous blemishes that ruin the look Of the birthday gift - it will go in the trash as I can’t give this as a gift . The owner said it seems to look fine to him .how would this be fine to give as a gift ? No pride in your craftsmanship ?! Pity I gave them another order ,I should have shopped local . I have to belive that all these great reviews are fake as I have had bad luck not once but THREE times .

Allow me to address your concerns and provide some clarity: For your first order, we realized that a small part (the tacks) was missing, and we took immediate steps to resolve this by offering a reimbursement so you could source it locally. When that didn’t work for you, we shipped the missing tacks at our own expense, despite the shipping cost exceeding the item's value. I understand that waiting for the shipment was frustrating, and I apologize for the inconvenience it caused. For your second order, the metal sign you purchased was unfortunately restricted to U.S. shipping as clearly stated on our website. However, when you placed the order, we quickly processed a full refund to ensure you weren’t left out of pocket. We regret any misunderstanding regarding the shipping limitations, and I apologize if that wasn’t clear enough during your shopping experience. For your third order, we understood how important the gift was to you, and we went out of our way to make it happen. Even though our usual production partners couldn’t accommodate shipping to your location, we sourced an external supplier to fulfill your request. Unfortunately, the item you received had blemishes due to the manufacturing process, which we hadn’t anticipated. We suggested a simple cleaning method to remove them, but I understand this didn’t meet your expectations, especially for a gift. To make amends, we issued a $15 refund in addition to the steep discount you received, ensuring you weren’t at a loss for this purchase. Our team genuinely put in a lot of effort to make things right, but it’s clear we didn’t meet the high standards we set for ourselves—or the standards you rightfully expected. For that, I’m truly sorry. Moving forward, we are working closely with our suppliers to ensure higher quality control and better communication around international orders. We take pride in our craftsmanship and service, but your experience shows we still have room to grow. Thank you again for your honest feedback.
