Very disappointing experience overall. The product quality and material were far below what I expected for athletic apparel. The “compression” liner barely provided any actual compression or support and felt more like a loose under-layer than workout gear designed for performance or training. What frustrated me most, however, was the disconnect between the customer-facing messaging on the website and the actual return/refund process. The site prominently advertises things like “Hassle-Free Returns and Refunds,” “Risk-Free Shopping,” and states that if you are not satisfied, they will provide a full refund. But once I raised legitimate concerns about the product not performing as advertised, the response shifted entirely to a much stricter made-to-order/no refund policy. The “made-to-order” wording also feels misleading considering these are standard-sized products ordered directly from a size chart, not truly custom-fitted apparel. Overall, the experience felt misleading from both a product and customer service standpoint. I understand small businesses need policies, but the expectations set during the buying process did not align with the reality of the support experience afterward.
