Problem was solved
A formula problem I couldn't figure out myself was solved from a very competent support at first interaction. I would give 5 stars for the support if it didn't take 4 days for first response to my question. here is room for improvement.

Using motors with motors pro plugin for…
Using motors with motors pro plugin for wordpress. This includes a free theme which is very well thought out and designed for any easy car buying experiencing with buttons for contacting the dealer as well as booking a test drive. We are using it for a parallel industry so had to make a few mods. I find the support staff knowledgeable and helpful. It is a very new plugin and has the inevitable few teething problems which they have investigated and scheduled to solve. A serious professional company.

Can't reach any live support
Can't reach any live support! Scam about prices. It says there is sale for Cost Calculator Individuals plugin which is $118 but when I click buy now it says $169
Response from StylemixThemesDec 26, 2024
Dear User, Thank you for bringing this to our attention! Please take a closer look at the pricing during checkout. The subtotal will display the original cost, but the discount is applied in the final total below. Kindly try again to confirm the discounted price. This is the only report we've received about this issue, so it might be a temporary glitch. To troubleshoot, please refresh your browser, try another one, or use incognito mode. Once your purchase is complete, you can activate premium support and create a ticket using this link: https://support.stylemixthemes.com/tickets/new Alternatively, you can reach out to the plugin support team via WordPress.org or the theme’s support tab on ThemeForest. If you could share more details about the issue you’re experiencing, that would be super helpful. We’re here to ensure everything goes smoothly! 😊 Thank you for your understanding and patience.
