A formula problem I couldn't figure out myself was solved from a very competent support at first interaction. I would give 5 stars for the support if it didn't take 4 days for first response to my question. here is room for improvement.

Bought Cost Calculator plugin PRO version to get an order form running for our car club. Calculator setup was easy and proved to have a really flexible set of possibilities. After buying PRO I could not get the order form working. A simple question to the help team offered a quick solution. Price difference for a tear and lifetime is a bit big, but it's worth the investment. Minor point: their marketing team is very active, almost agressive with 2-4 mails every week so far. But you can opt-out :-)
