I won't buy again from your website. I had to pay 70 € taxes to dhl for my package of 140$ value. Unbelievable.... normally I don't pay any extra when I buy at stylevana.com (from China). I honestly expected few free minisize samples too....

This was once an amazing company, however after a 'revamp' it has gone downhill fast. A year ago I used them frequently, yet now when I log in there is no record of past orders, and they have spent the past 2 weeks pretending they can't ship my package ($400.00 order) because the 'address is incorrect'. Mind you it is the same address they have been shipping to since 2024. Today I took screenshots of 52 of THEIR DHL shipment notification emails from last year reflecting my address (the same address they keep claiming is 'incorrect') and sent it in response to the 4th email about delayed order because address is wrong. From now on I will stick to Olive Young-I have never had a single problem with them.

A fuire !

I was obviously just scammed out of 30 dollars. I’m thinking about turning off the card I used. Embarrassing. The shipping was “delayed” right from the beginning. They say it’s because of a sale. There’s no one to talk to get refunded. The item has been at “preparing” status for 3 week days. I should’ve seen the prices were a little too low. Never again.

I bought the style Korean pharmacy box, it's totally worth it! Took only a week to be delivered got tracking via UPS. So well organized I even got an email from style Korean saying they might have delays due to their sale but that they will let me know. Definitely recommend.

I never got my refund for an order that was cancelled 😪 I cancelled the order the same day that I placed the order (before it was processed or shipped ) but they never refunded me and ignored all my refund requests 😭
