Update: sad to see all these reviews years after my review exposing these scammers of people who've lost tens of thousands of $ but also shocked they're still getting away with it I have never done business with this company but somehow they have got my details from another company that made a logo for me years ago. They emailed me claiming to be from the companies legal department saying another company was in the process of registering a company with the same name as mine and that I would have to change my name, I called them out on their scam but they were insistent I call them and from what I'm reading online they then try and claim they will register your company with a global IP take your money then do nothing, I would look closely at the many glowing reviews here on Trustpilot and make your own decision wether you think they might not be genuine.

Haven't heard back from them and they charged my card. What a joke. Ordered on Jan 7th posted review on the 11th. Update- heard back the same day I posted this review... Told them to cancel my order multiple times. They still sent me logos even after I told them to cancel my oder. Had to explain why I no longer wanted their business and after going back and forth, I did get an apology.

This company is a scam. I paid for the upgraded logo design package. Was told I needed it trademarked. That someone else had already filed for the trademark. A "lawyer" contacted me and said they would file the paperwork so I could get it. Then charged me - took months to get the logo and had to fight to receive. Then was told I had to pay another $2200 to receive everything. I did not pay and they would not give me my logo design. Do not believe the reviews. This is a terrible company that will try to scam you! Found out my trademark was never filed - filed it myself and everything is on track.

This company is an absolute sham fraud scam If you want a logo done please do not contact them I contacted them for their $19 special My logo was already done All I needed was for them to change the color and send it to me and a PNG file they emailed me I told them exactly what I needed they said fine no problem first of all it took them about 3 days to respond and when they did they said that they did the logo they did send me the proofs I was happy with the proofs and I picked what I wanted which was the PNG file just in a different color from what I had originally submitted they did not have the design a logo for me that was already done. I got a phone call from some guy saying that they that they did the logo I told him that was great he said they also did it in other file formats I'll let him know that I wasn't sure about the other file formats. And could he please send me what I paid for it he immediately got angry. He stopped communicating me with me at that point I went back onto the live chat and was reassured several times that I would get what I paid for which was just the color change of my original logo it is now 12 days later they have cut off all communication with me and have yet to send my logo do not trust these people with your vision or your project they are ridiculous and if you are not willing to be upsold I guess they break off all communication. Is only $19 but for me it's just a bigger principle and the lack of professionalism so I guess I will have to dispute this with my credit card company. I'm just shocked he was so angry that I wouldn't purchase the other logos in the other format but that's not what they said they said $19 that was the introductory package but it's really a bait and switch be careful. Update after writing this review I received my logo by email. I guess they don't like the truth to come out oh well I would never use them again I would never trust them. Now they have flagged my review saying that it's not real wow no integrity whatsoever they don't want the truth to get out save your time and your money use someone else!

See update below the original review-still no trademark and no resolution to the issue I first signed up for a logo and was upsold to a trademark package also. Sturdy Logo told me that another person had applied for the name we wanted to trademark and we only had 7 days to get ours in because the other person got denied. I signed up on the spot. I was told in 24 hrs I would get a questionnaire and it was important to fill it out. It has been 5 days and no questionnaire. I have inquired multiple times. Only feed back is that it has been sent to management. I may lose my trademark. As far as logos I was told 3 day turn around.I got my mock ups in 48 hours. I chose a logo and made a change in font and a change in one color on a word. 3 days after that when I inquired they sent me the wrong logo. They sent me back a logo that I did not chose that had no revisions on it. I needed the logo within a 4 day period and now we are on day 6 and I have the wrong logo. On the first revision I sent a screen shot of the logo I wanted that they had designed and a screenshot of the font I wanted with instructions -this is the logo I would like but with the font from this one and the one word red. I resent for a second revision and we will see how that goes. I have missed my deadline for my logo and my possibly lose my trademark. This has truly been a terrible experience. I got so many up-sale calls after I paid but very little response on my trademark that I needed. I really believe this is a scam. Logo order# 67161221 update: I should have my logo 5 days after ordering . I was told it would be 2-3 day turn around time as I had a deadline to meet. The Trademark still has no answer. The rep told me they submitted my trademark without sending me a questionnaire to me and that I should have a certificate number by Tuesday. I asked him how do you know what I wanted to Trademark since I never filled out the questionnaire? He said from the previous logo questionnaire. I have not received the certificate number nor an order number for the trademark. My confirmation for the order is 020619. I was told that the employees work a half day on Fridays. Still in that case I paid for the trademark the afternoon of 11-09-22. I was told w/in 24 hours I would get the questionnaire making that a Thursday. No questionnaire Friday or Monday. I talked to a rep on Tuesday and he said no questionnaire was needed and that it had been filed already and a certificate number would be sent on Tuesday. It is now Wednesday and no certificate number. I really don't know how they could have submitted the trademark and I am doubtful that the 750.00 I paid for a 5 year trademark is going to happen. I have asked for a refund but they keep telling me it has been done and now I had to pay an additional 1600.00 that was not told to me up-front now also. My trademark still has not been approved and its the middle of February now.

On 7/14/22, I paid the $19 for one logo with 4 revisions. I was skeptical in the beginning and was relieved there was a phone number and I was able to talk to a real person. After they reassured me that if I wasn't 100% satisfied with the service, they would give me a refund. They also guaranteed I would have my 1st logo draft 48 hours after buying the service. 48 hours later, I hadn't heard anything so I called them. They've always had a great response time and are friendly over the phone, I'll give them that. I again described what I wanted and they said they would get something over to me for revision. A little later, they said a bunch of generic logos that didn't have my company name or the image I requested. I literally could have found the logos they sent on google. I asked them to send me some more but with my image and company name. They did but that was only the 1st revision, so I narrowed down my description and asked for more samples, since I wasn't happy with any of the ones they sent. They said they would send more but never did. I asked about it again a couple days later, still nothing! I got tired of waiting and finally thought maybe my 14-year-old tech savvy son can help me design a logo. He was able to design something for me on 3D paint. It looked amazing and I'm now using it as my new logo on my YouTube channel. I called Sturdy several times and told them my son had designed it for me because they were taking too long and just couldn't deliver. I asked for a refund and talked to 2 different associates who said they couldn't but would have a manager call me back. After not hearing anything back and 2 more failed attempts, I decided my time was more valuable than the $19 they owed me. But I did promise I'd write a bad review so here it is. I'm so glad I didn't buy one of the more expensive packages. I wouldn't recommend using Sturdy Logos. $19 is cheap for sure but also apparently too good to be true. Don't waste your time or money on this company.
