Scam company. They will not refund the money if we’re unsatisfied with logo. They gonna give you only AI generated logos.

First of all, you should avoid doing business with sturdy logo.com. While their business model is not illegal, the company is highly unethical. I contracted with them to create a stylized logo for a class reunion. I paid $75 for the Start-Up Logo package. I received multiple designs before deciding and finalizing on the logo. I received a phone call shortly afterwards and was told that I would need to purchase the copyright for $190. I declined and the next day received an extremely lo-resolution, absolutely unusable version of the logo. I emailed to tell them they must have made a mistake and they informed me that I would have to pay $90 for a higher resolution file. I told them our business was concluded. This actually worked out for me because I was able to recreate a similar, higher resolution file that while using elements I suggested for the design, is my own creation and avoids any claim they may have to copyright protections. So is this a scam company? Not really as they only promise to design a logo and that is exactly what they did in my case. Regarding copyright; artists will always own the work they create for you. They can license it for your use based on agreement. Ethical designers would include this in the price and not as an add-on. So what they are doing is legal but in my experience,highly unethical. Holding back delivery of a suitable resolution file is especially devious. This appears to be a company based in Iceland and they know customers thinking they have legal recourse is impractical and unlikely. My advice to anyone who had a bad experience with sturdylogo.com is to take the design file to a local designer. Explain the situation to them and they should give you a break because the design is already done; they just need to recreate it for you. Most importantly, let it go. It’s not worth the heartburn. UPDATE: A company representative saw this review and called yesterday to seek a resolution. I told her that I have an alternative design and have discarded their work. She offered to send me a high resolution image, possibly with the intention to get me to remove this review. I told her I don’t need the design and said not to contact me anymore. Also, I have reason to believe that the positive reviews on this website are fake. Notice how there are either five star or one star with just a few sprinkled in between. The five star reviews are flowery and over generous with praise. The one star reviews similar to mine should feel authentic to you.

I started this project in the early fall of 2023. The first task was to make a logo for my small company. They submitted several and I gave them feedback on why the were not what I wanted. They sent a couple more and they were also not suitable. Then in January, I sent them the logo shape and colors that I wanted and they screwed around with that. I then told them to copy the logo exactly as I had sent it to them. What I received was still not close to what I sent them. Do not work with these people. I have tried for 6 months to get this simple logo designed. Do not work with Oscar Smith, he has less graphic design knowledge than my dog. They will not return the $125.00 that I paid because it has been too long. It was a very time consuming experiment with a crap company.

Communication doesn’t directly answer your questions. 6 months later called me and tried to convince me I had to pay 600 for 10 years $1000 to copy right my logo that I gave them all the details to design.

I purchased the Elite Package. I wasn't overly impressed with the designs, I found the pictures myself in the end and went back and forth so many times over the font and placement of lettering. When it came time to finalize the design, they called me and said that I had to pay for the rights to the artwork - $599 for 5 years, $799 for 10 years or $999 for lifetime ownership. I told him that I did not want to pay any more money and he said it was mandatory if I wanted the designs. I got frustrated and ending up hanging up on him. He texted me and told me he would send me two formats of the design and once I paid for the ownership, he would send the rest. I responded with what was listed under the Elite Package that I had already paid for and he ended up sending me all of the formats. I would not recommend using this company - very dishonest.

Absolute garbage company and fraudulent activity. I saw their service on FB and inquired about a logo, because hey, it was only $19. They created logos and they did spend a decent amount of time communicating with me to try and create a logo as well as have revisions. They didnt capture my vision but thats fine. The service in general regarding the logo itself, was good, and communication was fine. This is where my good experience ends. A few months later, they reached out to me and said someone had registered trademark my company name, and it was of urgent importance that I use their legel service, which is over 1000 USD to register the name myself otherwise I would experience possible legal proceedings or infringement charges. They even sent me a screen shot of the trademark database to show my company name was pending in registration and said that I cannot view the trademark database with it pending because I dont have special legal access! I went to a trademark consultancy service to see advice and they confirmed that 1) there was no pending application for registration of my company name 2) there is no special legal access database. The screen shot they sent me was edited and is a fake, which means they are committing a fraud of information. IF YOU ARE READING THIS, PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY SERVICES WHATSOEVER. THEY WILL LIE TO YOU AND EVEN COMMIT AN ACT OF FRAUD FOR YOUR CUSTOM. If you deal with such a company, imagine what they will do with your details when you submit any type of payment. This is my message to warn you and if you have read this message and still used their services, then you are asking for trouble. I have done my part to the community to expose and create an awareness for activity this company partakes in, and there is nothing more I can do.

I had a logo service done a few years ago by a different company and somehow this organization got my information and have been spamming me with threats of "trademark infringement" trying to manipulate me into purchasing their trademark protection service. Furthermore, they are pretending to be the other logo company in violation of US law. In December of 2023 I hired them to revise a logo I had already made. All I needed/wanted was for them to make it a better quality than the .png file I already had. I paid for the $79 package which was an upgrade from the $19. I submitted my logo and told them exactly what I needed. Upon submission I received a error page that my submission did not go through so I tried a second time, same issue. Ultimately I had to email it and the guy I was working with gave me a completely different logo from what I asked. They all were lousy but I explained this is not what i asked for. Then he told me that no more changes were allowed because I had the basic package in which case I told him he better review what I paid. He apologized and sent me updated logos.. STILL NOT AS I ASKED. Bottom line. just save yourself the trouble and do not use this company.
