The seamless experience, setup, revisions, and customer service. It was great! The design is GREAT quality as well and I am a very happy customer. I do feel the Trademark process could have been explained better as far as what it covers and the necessity for it's establishment immediately. This was dull in comparison to their quality of work and expediency though!
