Le problème est le SAV. 89 euros de frais et près de 40 euros d envoi aux USA avec des documents douaniers à remplir fastidieux qui m ont fait renoncé. J ai été vite remboursé des 89 euros payés par paypal Et mettrai peut etre la montre en réparation chez un horloger local.

You'll purchase a blue watch and they will send you a black one. They will aknowledge their mistake and offer an exchange or a partial refund. Once you accept their offer they will change their mind and gaslight you into believing that you are colorblind.

au vu du tarif , je suis déçu par plusieurs points (et pourtant j'en possède 3), les bracelets ,en soit disant crocodile, ne tiennent pas plus d'un an , le système automatique est très fragile, casse sur 2 montres ,sur trois que je possède (réparations prohibitives , presque le prix de la montre ) , et enfin l'ajustement de l'heure est plus qu'approximatif , une avance beaucoup et l'autre retarde . Bref au vu du tarif en constante augmentation , cherchez plutôt une montre de meilleur qualité

My watch from Stuhrling has a beautiful design but not good quality for the money you pay, it constantly loses time and only once did I put it in the shower and enough moisture got inside, resulting in it being dull and not working even though the specs said it was water resistant 5atm. I don't trust this company anymore.

I bought two nice watches that were supposed to be water proof. I went to A pool in two occasions, each with a different watch. The watches are not waterproof. Humidity got inside them and I can barely see the time now.

We’d like to clarify that for our water-resistant watches, it’s very important that the crown (the knob used to set the time) is fully pushed in and securely screwed down before any contact with water. If the crown is not completely sealed, moisture can enter the case, even during light water exposure such as swimming or being near a pool. I bought several watches from Stuhrling Original. I bought them a few at a time. The first two watches were really nice. I liked them a lot, they worked well. I bought three more a three months later, they were also nice. I was supposed to get a watch box as a gift after buying three. I did not receive it and wrote to the company to request it. Took a long while, I eventually received it. All of the above was over a period of 8 months. Shortly thereafter, one of the watches I bought began to skip time. I contacted the company, got no response. I really liked the watch, so I was pretty persistent in calling and emailing them. They eventually sent me a notice offering insurance for the watches. I had the watch in questions for a couple of months. They in my opinion should have replaced it or offered to repair it. They did not. I didn't buy anymore watches from them. Of the watches I did buy, two have broken, the little marker for the nine o'clock placement fell off and is inside the casing loose, the other one started skipping time, so two of the 5 still work. I was disappointed at the performance of three of the five watches i purchased. I was disappointed at their customer service response to my complains about the watches skipping time.

J'ai acheté en 2018 une montre a 300 € via VEPEE. Garantie 2 ans, c'est une automatique. Très bonne qualité de l'inox et fermoir. Juste avant 2 ans en 2020 la montre est à l'arrêt. Envoi (30€ bibi) au SAV en Angleterre. Au retour le joint d'étanchéité même pas remplacé. En début 2023, re panne identique, mais plus sous garantie. J'abandonne. Fiabilité à revoir, il me reste une belle montre .....en panne.

My brother purchased a Struhrling Mad Man 255 watch as a gift for me on my 40th birthday. After 10+ years the strap final broke so I contacted Struhrling for an original replacement. I couldnt find it on there website so I reach out to customer service. With in a day they replied they had the strap and sent me a link for it. There was no picture on the listing so I sent another reply asked them to confirm this was in fact the strap for my watch and included a picture. They send me there own pic to confirm. So $42 later I have the strap ordered and it arrived seven days later. The problem is this is not the original strap for my watch. They sent me a generic black silicon strap with the name Struhrling stamped on it. I have emailed them the last three days to inform them they sent me the wrong strap and no replies.... To add to this story, after buying the strap and them having my email address they have been blasting me with adds and sale coupons. To the point I have blocked them from sending me any further emails. The bottom line is over the years I have collected about 15 watches ranging from, Casio, Seiko, Invicta, Fossil, Diesel, Michael Kors, and this one Struhrling. But after watching reviews on Youtube, getting no support from them on the strap, and the over flow of SPAM emails I believe I am done with STRUHRLING....
