Sent these folks a watch...thinking…
Sent these folks a watch...thinking they would call me back and would negotiate. Instead they said they fixed the watch, a watch a KC firm said they could not touch, and sent it back to me. Quick, efficient, GREAT experience.

Initially sent the wrong item, but everything was corrected and correct strap was sent with no issues.

Great Support!!!
I contacted Stuhrling about a band replacement, but what I received was an entirely new case and band, now my watch looks brand new. I've also bought another Stuhrling watch since then. I'm staying a customer.
