StudiopavReviews of studiopav.com

Be a big fat 0, if I could opt for it.  🤬 My credit card still battling with them for VVIP and concert ticket for Big Ocean, London 05/05/26, which they emailed to say cancelled! Numpties!  They even have the nerve to advise my bank that services had been fulfilled and wanting the money returned to them. Just as well I keep emails and records.   What's even bemusing to me, is that they issued a survey last week, asking for my views about them.  😂 This is by no means a reflection on Big Ocean.

Didn’t got my money back from the cancelled big ocean concert. I will never buy tickets from studio pav again! Sad that I can’t see my idols but I will not support this anymore.

Atrocious customer service. I have waited months for my VVIP package pictures promised. When I sent an inquiry no reply. Sent another no reply. Messaged them on Instagram nothing. Sent in a form via their official page nothing. I have requested a refund at this stage since it's almost been a year since the concert and haven't received my photos. The first refund request I didn't get a reply to sent another one today, but with this track record I doubt I'll get any replies. Don't buy tickets or additional services packages from them. They are a borderline scam.

the worst ever side to buy tickets from! hopefully never again

worst experience ever, they messed up times and added 50 euros of taxes on top of the price that already had taxes, they are not transparent nor trusting

They treat their paying customers like they are bad children rather than the ones literally paying to be there. Extremely disrespectful to the fans and often the artist. They also started changing policies after purchasing and over charging. They used to be a decent tour company but now they are just trying to squeeze as much money out of fans as they can.
