I will NEVER EVER use this site again. I accidentally booked the wrong date two days ago, and reached out right afterwards to ask for help in rebooking.I was told that I should wait three hours until the ticket was issued, and then call back. Never mind that this would be at one a.m. I was told that this was the only way to go. I have been stuck in phone hell ever since. They keep on telling me that they are waiting for approval from the airline to process my request. I got one email saying that they tried calling me, but I didn’t answer. Well no wonder- that was at four a.m.!!!! I have received no confirmation, no tickets, just emails after each call to customer service telling me that they registered my call. I am going to cancel the credit card charge and lodge a complaint with the NYS Consumer Protection Board. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!!!

One of the worst companies iv had to deal with. My partner is disabled and I requested assistance which they said they had spoken to the airline and had requested this. Apon arrival at the airport it was clear this hadn’t been done. We also paid extra for special meals which we never got because the airline knew nothing about it. Resulting in us not eating for 2-3 days. We still have a flight back to the uk in a weeks time which I am hoping might be better. I definitely will not be using student universe again.

1)The whole basis for this company’s existence is to give its student client base better deals on travel. This is the first failing point. Prices are no better if not dearer than on other simpler to use sites / airlines direct. 2) the whole booking experience is very convoluted and awkward requiring photos of passports and credit cards and authorisations if you as a parent want to purchase a ticket for your children. 3) The cherry on the cake comes when you try to get an answer from them afte 3 months and on the eve of your flight chasing the print out of the seats you have paid for 3 months earlier, just to be told that they are sorry and that they will refund you the cost of your purchased seats!!! This only because I wrote to them chasing this issue up; had I not? …. I don’t know! Never will I avail myself of this company’s services again! Terrible!

La peor experiencia, la página es una estafa. Me confirmaron el vuelo, me llegó todos los documentos y a 4 días de mi viaje me cancelaron y solo me enviaron un correo indicando que el dinero será devuelto en un mes a mi cuenta, se imaginan que te cancelen a 4 días de tu viaje, los precios estan 4 veces más altos. Pésima experiencia, veía comentarios negativos pero lastimosamente no tome cuidado. Miren las reseñas negativas de esta compañía cada una es cierta.

I have booked the ticket for 210 eur and card protection of the website block me to proceed. I am still waiting for the refund. Please don't book this website again. scam

Day before my flight back and I'm trying to confirm my seat and the airline is telling me they didn't receive the extra money I paid for my seat and now I'm subject to more fees!! I had travel protection and it still only got me a 7 day later refund. Book directly, it is definitely cheaper with a flight watch and the airlines guaranteed.

Student Universe does not help with cancellations or trip changes. All they say is stuff about "the airlines polices" which is just not true. When I asked to speak to someone else, they do not provide another agent. They are awful if plans change and now I have lost so much money because they don't even try to get me a refund for my tickets.

Do not trust this company. We booked flights, paid for them and they took the money. Then emailed stating the flights were cancelled as we had not provided full details. We had in fact provided full details on their website and it was submitted successfully. They now have taken over £2,000.00 from us and state there will be a delay returning the money. We will be making a formal complaint to our bank provider. Do not trust!
