Excellent quality¡

2nd purchase from Stuart & Lau. The duffle/gym bag is my daily carry. I love how it comes with a hook that makes it fit neatly in the gym locker. And the wet laundry bag for my shower shoes and dirty clothes. Great attention to detail. The transformation from the gym to work bag is seamless. My 2nd purchase is the passport wallet and i was not disappointed in the feel and craftsman ship. Stuart and Lau is right up there with the big named luxury brands

The Cary briefcase I purchased is brilliantly designed. It’s a perfect addition to my briefcase collection. First rate design and use of fabrics. Excellent for travel and day to day.

Purchased a briefcase, I liked the briefcase, used it when I travelled. Zipper ripped. Tried contacting customer support to get it repaired and they will not reply. I’ve emailed them numerous times, nothing. Called them - recorded message says to email. It’s been a month, 8 emails, 2 phone calls and nothing. I regret recommending this company to friends and family. Lifetime warranty means nothing because they will not respond. Total scam.
