The quality of the product deserves a 5 star rating. However, the purchase experience was the reason I have rated them 4 since it took 4 weeks more to deliver the product beyond the committed delivery date.

I love everything about this bag. I use it as a work/laptop commute bag in the city, as a travel bag on airplanes, and any other small trips. It’s the perfect combination of stylish, modern, heavy duty and efficient. The espresso is a great classic brown look. The material is heavy duty and waterproof which is great for someone who uses it in a variety of settings and you don’t have to worry about beating it up. There are so many different types of pockets. The laptop case is super high quality and has great snaps to the case. I've received many compliments on it already. Only things I’m not a fan of is the key holder thing as it’s kinda useless and I wish the strap was a little longer. Great purchase.

I was looking for a surprise birthday present for my husband and liked the look of the Cary double briefcase. Customer support was excellent and they even extended the 30 day refund policy to 60 days for me in case my husband changed his mind and wanted a refund/exchange. The bag did not disappoint! The materials were high quality, the stitching exact, and the pockets and magnetic closures so thoughtfully designed. The leather had a beautiful patina and the zipper pulls had a nice brushed metal finish. My husband loved the bag! The price was on the higher end, but the quality of the bag lived up to expectation and I can see this it holding up to many years of use.

Best looking and most comfortable back pack I own. I used it on my recent Japan trip and it is great for travel.
