Marvin Gonzalez was very professional and very friendly. He set up our company American Golden Trucking so quickly and responded back. He then delivered the info so quickly and his customer service was excellent.

The agents are friendly and pleasant to work with, I've done a few loads with them, primarily COD and all has went good so far. there was some issues with the shipper/broker communication and getting me the correct loading time when the shipper would get there, then the machine had dead batteries which caused more delays in loading. They did give too many check calls on the last load. Now I am factoring them so we will see how that goes.

Thanks for taking the time to share your experience. We're glad you've had positive interactions with our agents and that your COD loads have gone smoothly. Excited to support you through the factoring process and keep building a strong partnership!

As a carrier I have done a few loads with this brokerage company. On the last load I worked with Luis Gonzalez, the nicest and professional person ever, it's being a pleasure to work with him
