The load was lined up and easy to book
The load was lined up and easy to book. The delivery had some issues and not ma ch communication on customer end. My broker was excellent and did all he could do to help, and we readjusted the rate for extra miles when delivery could not be made. Would do business with again for sure but preferably not with same customer.

One of the workers had an attitude…
One of the workers had an attitude because we were delayed on paperwork which is never a reason to talk crazy. Other than that Stepanie was amazing and patient. Thanks!

It is wonderful to know that Stephanie took great care of you and showed so much patience. At the same time, we are truly sorry about the attitude you encountered regarding your paperwork—that behavior does not reflect our standards. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention so we can improve, and we hope to deliver a seamless 5-star experience on your next time!

Efficient and prompt sales supervisors
Efficient and prompt sales supervisors! Most companies hover over the driver and dispatch until job is done but my experience was more lax which i approve of. Great team and will continue to work with STT.

I am a small fleet owner. STT is pretty fair to work with
The agents are friendly and pleasant to work with, I've done a few loads with them, primarily COD and all has went good so far. there was some issues with the shipper/broker communication and getting me the correct loading time when the shipper would get there, then the machine had dead batteries which caused more delays in loading. They did give too many check calls on the last load. Now I am factoring them so we will see how that goes.

Thanks for taking the time to share your experience. We're glad you've had positive interactions with our agents and that your COD loads have gone smoothly. Excited to support you through the factoring process and keep building a strong partnership!
