Response from STT Logistics GroupJul 3, 2026
We believe reviews should reflect facts. You requested a quote, received one, and chose not to proceed which is completely your choice. That doesn't make us a scam. We respect every customer's decision, and if you had simply asked to be removed from our emails, we would have taken care of it immediately. Just send your email address to [email protected], and we'll remove it from our mailing list right away. We wish you nothing but success with your future transportation needs.

Constantl harassment from this company
This company has been harassing me for over 3 years! I regularly receive phone calls, texts, and emails asking if I have any equipment I need transported. Their phone calls show as "Potential Spam" so I ignore them. But they always leave a message. I have blocked multiple phone numbers but they call from new numbers. I have asked them to stop multiple times, I have even been told I would be removed from their "list". I have complained to the Better Business Bureau a few times, filed FTC complaints, Yelp complaints, yet the harassment from STT Logistics continues! Horrible company! Short of changing my phone number and abandoning email accounts, I'm at a loss for what else I can do to stop STT Logistics from continuing to harass me! Just STOP!!!!

Non-stop text messages, DO NOT USE THESE CLOWNS.
They text me non-stop offering their freight services. Jorge Mendez texts me non-stop even after asking the dirty dirty broker to stop multiple times. Also emailed their corporate address and asked them to stop. Filed a complaint w/ the FTC as well. DO NOT USE THESE CLOWNS. They will never stop contacting you.

We take all reviews seriously and prioritize transparency and ethical business practices. Based on our records, this carrier in question engaged in double brokering, which directly violates standard industry agreements and expectations. We do not engage in or condone double brokering in any form and expect the same from the carriers we partner with. If you have additional questions about this matter, we’re happy to provide documentation or clarification.
