I’m a first time user and made a wire transfer into my strike account to purchase bitcoin after awhile I received a message saying my transactions are now disabled to prevent loss of funds…my account as been closed and they are yet to refund or give any specific date of refund…and looking at your reviews on Reddit and here when it comes to refund your customer support never respond all you say is email the customer support email that never helps ain’t you the real scammers why not refund my money

I appreciate Strike because it is a Bitcoin only company, the mobile app is simple and very user friendly especially for beginners.
It is very easy to instantly fund the Strike account from a bank account with EUR or USD and start buying sats.
The transaction fees are low.

Strike is one of the easiest and most straight forward Bitcoin exchange apps available. Ideal app for simple, fast and easy buying and/or selling of Bitcoin for beginners. Once you've connected your bank account, you can buy, sell or trade BTC within seconds. I would recommend it for beginners without hesitation.

Strike wallet fraud response
I have reported the fraud I suffered from strike wallet. Their response was to claim it wasn’t them. How is an individual supposed to know the real company from their fraudulent one? Just claiming it isn’t them is a cop out. And completely discrasefull . Customers should be able to have trust in companies they do business with and to that end they should put forth every effort to get to the bottom of any and all problems that destroy their reputation. Instead they burry their heads in the sand and allow their customers to get frauded in their name. Or is it really their own company and just don’t want to clean up their mess?

Hi Joe, we're very sorry you were defrauded. Losing money that way is awful, and you're right that it's not always easy to tell a real company from one using a similar name. We want to be clear and helpful here rather than just point elsewhere: the service you used isn't connected to Strike, and we have no access to its accounts or funds. The real Strike app is available only through the official Apple App Store and Google Play Store, and our only website is strike.me. If you have the website address, app name or contact details the scammers used, please share them with [email protected] so we can report the impersonation and help protect others. We'd also strongly encourage reporting the fraud to your local police and your bank as soon as possible.

My strike got close over 2 month ago
My strike got close over 2 month ago, they said they were trying to protect me and said i have to wait 60 days for an investigation conclusion to get refundedz. But i wanted to fast track it I should file a dispute with my ankle and send them the proof if the bank reject the dispute reversal in a sucure link. I did all that and nothing was done. Now 60 days is over September 2nd i sent an email and haven’t gotten any response or money yet.

Strike, NOT worth the small discount ...
My Experience with Strike.
Strike is the most difficult place I have dealt with buying Bitcoin. I purchased Bitcoin and wanted to purchase a lot more, and they basically blocked me from doing so and have some silly tiered and weekly timed system to be able to purchase it. I have purchased crypto from many sources and never was limited to an amount or time delay, lol, it's crazy. I was drawn in from reading online of Strike having low fees and charges. Well, that may be true to an extent. They make everything difficult and stressful. Another example that just occured 9/3/26, My wife and I moved to a new address for her work. All of our bills are paid online, which is pretty much standard in this day and age. Well, Strike Support Team wouldn't change my address without proper paperwork and wanted to see all information, not just a written and signed letterhead from a billing company. No simple edit button to click like most online businesses have (such as PayPal, Sofi, Fidelity, Robinhood, and many others that I recently updated in the last day or two) Low fees don't mean much if accessing your funds or handling a routine account change becomes a major hassle.
BUYER BEWARE: Before depositing a significant amount of money, make sure you understand Strike's verification requirements and withdrawal procedures.

Whether you update your account details in the app or by contacting support, we require documentation to meet our obligations as a regulated financial technology company.
Purchases from a linked bank account are subject to limits due to settlement times in the US banking system. As you use the app, those limits can increase to up to $100,000 every 7 days. Other methods, such as wire transfers and direct deposits, are unlimited and allow you to withdraw purchased bitcoin instantly.
