STRIKEReviews of strike.me

A+ for the idea C- for the execution. No live customer support. The AI chat bots give inaccurate and wrong information. The auto buy bitcoin option linked to my bank account takes WEEKS to settle (this means your purchases bitcoin is frozen). Strike is a great idea with horrible execution. A real shame.

Tried to open an account, but after entering all my correct info for about the 5th time, it just keeps taking me right back to the first page to enter it all over again. Couldn't even register properly. No thanks, i’ll stick with Wirex. Edit: I'm not involved in any spamming, just sharing my honest experience after seeing some of Strike’s replies suggesting there is spamming going on for negative reviews. I've tried signing up multiple times, but it keeps failing and redirecting me back to the main page to start over. It's definitely frustrating, and therefore not the kind of platform I’d trust with a significant amount of money.

I was rejected by Strike for no reason. Approved by three of their competitors but Strike found something that suggested scamming. I am squeaky clean as a person gets. What an incredible waste of my time and loss of significant asset growth opportunity.

I've been a Strike customer for the past year. I have a portion of my pay direct-deposited into Strike every pay cycle. This week I got a notification that Strike will no longer support my mobile phone's operating system because it's too old (3 releases old, about 2-years). But Strike doesn't offer any other way for me to access my money. There are no physical offices I can go to. And their website might as well not exist since you can't DO anything on it. I asked their customer support why this is but got back a generic reply that it's too hard for them to align their app with mobile OSes more than a couple cycles old. ??? What kind of professional company dealing with millions/billions of dollars in transfers can't afford the tech staff to update its mobile app so customers can still access the money we keep on and our jobs send to the fintech app? Especially if the app owners refuse to build a fully functional desktop app. I'm not buying a new phone just to use a fintech app when my current phone works flawlessly, despite the manufacturer no longer supporting the OS as a ploy to coerce consumers to keep buying new phones. And where would all the toxic components in our old phones go even if we agreed to waste money on new phones? Sheesh. Come on, Strike. Do better.

Strike says deposit can’t be processed whenever I try to use the app. Tried contacting support no response. This is terrible

I transferred in some money 3 days ago, on a Saturday, and far from the money appearing instantly on my account, I was asked some further questions about why and what I am planning to do with my BTC. I have given the info which I am sure is being prompted by the British Nanny State but I still can't trade and I also can't get my money back. BTC has moved several % and I have lost out. Not happy. KYC stuff needs to be done promptly or I'll stick to using Kraken.
