Customer service and service options. The customer service at strike is very good. They do what they say they will do and it doesn't take a long time. The services or options Strike offers are also very good. I use a credit card to pay all my bills and expenses, then Strike pays my credit card bill each month, allowing me to effectively live my life on Bitcoin.

Ease of use and transparency. Wish the bill pay feature was similar to a bank in that you have a list if bills to pay that you enter the amount and then click pay.

Right now, our bill pay feature works by letting you share your Strike routing and account details directly with your billers so they can pull the payments from your cash or bitcoin balance. We completely understand how handy a centralized bank-style directory of billers would be for manually managing and pushing payments from the app, and we appreciate the feedback as we continue to expand our features.
