Read the fine print for cancellation. Your membership effective canceled date is 30 days after you submit your cancellation request. My account was billed 480.00 for services I will not use!!!!! I do not recommend stretch zone services d/t this policy. It was my understanding that the 480.00 was for the 3 month session not per month.

The team at Stretchzone can change the way your body feels and lift your mood. You will definetly leave with a smile on your face. I've only been going for a short time, but my injury has already improved tremendously. Thank you!

They are not honest , the guy tell me 1 month charge , and then I got 2 charge 2 month , I call the guy he tell me oh is 3 month contract, I say you never tell me that , he say is miss communication, I have contact me bank for claim

Last week, I underwent a demonstration session at Stretch Zone, where I was introduced to stretching services. Initially, the experience seemed positive, and I was encouraged by the staff's promises of benefits. I then proceeded to sign a contract for further sessions. However, the day after the demo, I began to experience significant pain and discomfort in my left knee, which had long recovered from an injury. The pain persisted beyond what I expected from a stretching regimen. I now deal with physical repercussions directly from interacting with their services. I submitted a doctor's note requesting to cancel the contract; however, the company has been unwilling to refund the initial payment made toward the contract. The manager at the Midlothian location specifically called me to reiterate that the doctor’s note should be good but only “moving forward.” So I basically paid them $198 for causing me an injury during a free demo session.

Started out great with good people who work with me and my schedule and stretch needs. Management changed and it’s all business. Every good employee left and there is never anyone here. Canceled my membership and will use my last appointments that are payed for and be done with these people.

The staff who provide the stretching service are quite lovely. However, they are not set up to honor appt times. I was cancelled on multiple times as a new member. They no longer have staff available on Sundays. As a result of the inconsistency, I wanted to cancel my membership. You cannot cancel online. You can only cancel by contacting your local studio. Local studio will not return my call. They were very easy to reach before I signed up. Now that they have me on recurring charges…impossible. The only thing I could do was try to dispute my charges with credit card company. This company doesn’t even have a central phone number to reach for customer service issues with the local studios.

These guys are the worst. They are not interested in people getting well. It is money scam, a ripp off. Do not go there. They are horrible.

I've been to STRETCHZONE twice and have already seen benefits! The Short Pump location in Richmon, VA has quality professionals ready to help you gain mobility and flexibility. I highly recommend checking it out!
