Withdrew funds in April. Messaged a few times to see where the funds are as I havent received them & kept receiving the same, generic response that it'll be in my account soon. I was assured it'd be with me this week. Low & behold still nothing.

Shame is, the system does seem legit but unfathomable as to why they can't simply the on-boarding mystifies me. Perhaps I am doing something wrong, like trying to use their services.
