We do support the ITV streaming platform, but please ensure you have purchased the official StreamGaGa product, specifically the StreamGaGa ITVX Downloader(https://video.streamgaga.com/itvx-downloader) or StreamGaGa One. We offer multiple products, but only these two support downloading from ITV, with a success rate of about 96%.
