Don’t do business with this compagnie. I’ve been having a problem with one of their products (MPD downloader) that does not work and asked for a refund. This is going on for over a month. The product still does not work and the company does not répond to my refund demand. If you have any problem with this compagny and your interlocutor, you are in big trouble. She does not read your comments, does not respond and always telling you that the problem will be resolved.

They state BETPLUS is part of their software. Its all over Google. The first time I run a stream, I get the error, "This website is currently not supported". I also believe Keepstreams and StreamFab are all the same software rebranded. You know what does work, the constant ads.

Wenn ich könnte, würde ich leider 0 Sterne geben. Das Programm lief bei mir überhaupt nicht. - Der Support ist nicht bereit sich an die "Geld-zurück-Garantie" zu halten. Das Programm lief bei mir überhaupt nicht, so dass mein PC jedes mal eingefroren ist und ich es deinstallieren musste. Nach Kontakt mir dem Support wollten sie dass ich LogFiles sende und haben weiter nach Fehlerlösungen gesucht. Aber egal was ich getan- und versucht habe lief das Programm nicht, da ich es nicht Starten konnte. Also musste es deinstalliert bleiben, weil es das ganze System lahmlegte. Die Antwort von dem Support war, dass Sie mir kein Geld zurückerstatten können, da ich nicht an einer Fehlerlösung arbeiten "wollte", was aber nicht ging, da ich das Programm deinstallieren MUSSTE, weil sonst mein System nicht läuft. Das Programm und den Support kann man vergessen **Also Geld weg & kein Programm.**

They hide the Windows uninstaller, so off to a dodgy start. It didn't work for DRM video either so why not use a free tool? To uninstall execute "C:\Program Files\StreamGaGa\StreamGaGa\uninstall.exe"

For some paid streaming platforms, you need to have an active subscription to access their videos. As long as you can watch the videos, StreamGaGa will automatically detect the download path. Please also make sure to choose the correct downloader—for example, if you want to download Netflix videos, you need a Netflix subscription and the StreamGaGa Netflix Downloader. For downloading videos from any supported sites, subscribe to the streaming service and use StreamGaGa One. Shockingly awful! Software is buggy, the like others have mentioned the tv episode downloader is broken and 99% of your YouTube videos come out scrambled and there is literally NO customer support, you receive a automatic reply and nothing more. Go for TuneFab’s video downloader, better price, beautiful software and customer support is actually supportive! Don’t waste your money here.
